I have stayed here before in past years, and it was my preferred choice this time around again. The hotel maintains its very high standards. Very conviniently and centrally located, one can quickly jump onto any type of transport. I had an upgrade to a superior room which was very comfortable, spacious and quiet indeed. Wonderful selection of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. The chef was very happy to have a friendly chat with guests and answer questions which was very nice.

Everything was beyond our expectations, from the moment we stepped in for the check-in to the moment we checked out. The size of the room, amenities, location, professional personnel, cleanliness, room temperature, quietness, excellent beds, beautiful bathroom, to the absolutely fabulous best breakfast you can think of. A-mazing experience, thank you so much. The team and management of this hotel really know what they are doing, congrats and thanks!

Rooms clean and tidy, good size, modern looking good size bathroom, good shower, , bed was comfortable, good and varied breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful, , a really modern hotel in an excellent location especially to the main train station, which is literally 50 metres from hotel, and only a few minutes walk to shops, and cafés, would definitely stay again and recommend to others,

Very clean, rooms are quite exceptional with a warm “living room vibe” very comfy & high quality bathrooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Have to travel multiple times a month and It’s by far my favourite place to stay in Bielefeld. The only thing I don’t like are the doors to the rooms, they are quite thin and you can hear any hallway noise but aside from that, it’s a perfect place to stay for me.
